ELLA CLAYTON is a singer/songwriter from London whose breathtaking voice and storytelling ability casts powerful spells over each audience she encounters. She released her first LP, ‘Murmurations’, at the end of 2022. Since then, she has sold out 3 London headline shows, has toured across the UK and sold out headline gigs in Brighton and Frome. George Ezra hand selected her to perform on his stage at Latitude Festival in 2023 and she was longlisted for the Emerging Talent Competition for Glastonbury.

Ella is continually evolving and developing her sound through collaboration with other musicians and producers, and is now on the cusp of releasing her second body of work.

Join us at the Green Note on 4th December 2024 for an intimate evening showcasing Ella Clayton’s newest material, accompanied by G-lo on the cello. Special guests and surprises to be announced.

Support from MATT BENSON.

Matt Benson brings a one-man show filled with lush ballads and deep grooves, drawing inspiration from the lyricism and melodies of legends like Randy Newman and Tom Waits. Having cut his teeth as a trombonist with the likes of George Ezra, Bad Manners, and even sharing the stage with The Pogues and the iconic Hot 8 Brass Band, Matt now steps into the spotlight, delivering a compelling mix of heart felt originals and captivating storytelling. In this intimate performance, expect a preview of tracks from Matt’s debut album Sit Back Down Again, featuring lonely ballads of barroom romances, infused with rich musicality and a few tales along the way. Don’t miss an evening of soulful tunes and groove-laden melodies, crafted to move both heart and soul.
