PEPE BELMONTE is an independent folk-blues guitar player and singer song-writer. He grew up in Co. Cork on the West coast of Ireland.
He honed his craft on London’s acoustic circuit and has played and sold out venues such as The Lexington, The Green Note and The Betsey Trotwood. He has appeared at Wilderness/ Maverick/ Secret Garden/ Green Man/ Sommersault Festivals. He has toured the UK and his music features in two European independent feature films, ‘Oh Beautiful Night’ (2019) and ‘The Hour of Living’ (2012) in which he also appears.
To date he has self-released 2 full studio albums ‘The Hermit’s Waltz’ (2011) and ‘What Once Was’ (2020), a live EP ‘Pepe Belmonte Live at The Royal Albert Hall’, (2021) published a book entitled ‘Poems/ Prose/ Pictures’ (2019) with which an audio soundscape is available and his third full studio album is complete and a release date will soon be announced.
Doors open 7pm. Music starts 8.30pm. The venue is mixed seated and standing. Tables are limited and available on a first come first served basis so, if you’d like a seat, we recommend arriving early!
