GREG ARNOLD: Greg Arnold is the award winning singer-songwriter behind Australian folk-rock institution Things of Stone and Wood.

He wrote the top ten hit “Happy Birthday Helen”, the top four radio played song “Wildflowers” and the two top ten albums The Yearning and Junk Theatre.  The band won an ARIA and Greg was named Australian Songwriter of the Year by APRA in 1993.

He is also a producer, academic and published author.

Across a thirty year recording career he has established a catalogue of melodic, harmonically rich and lyrically meaningful folk rock and acoustic “horse power pop”.

Support from NATHANIEL BAWDEN: Devonshire-raised, London-based artist Nathaniel Bawden is all set to embark on the most exciting chapter of his musical journey so far. Working on his debut album with Phil Taylor and Sunspells at Laurel Sound Studios, he’s now armed with an arsenal of smooth, thought-provoking songs at the hands of their fine production.

In a life that’s seen him go from fireman to travelling troubadour, Nat is the very epitome of the phrase ‘gentle giant’, radiating an infectious positive aura everywhere he goes. With his melodic, lullaby-like voice weaving in and out of his relaxing guitar skills, the world now awaits the first release from this new collection of soulful records, kicking off with ‘A Troubled Soul’ on Friday 27th October.

Doors open 7pm. Music starts 8.20pm. The venue is mixed seated and standing. Tables are limited, and available on a first come first served basis, so if you’d like a seat, we recommend arriving early!
