Lifetime Achievement Awardee, International Blues Hall Of Fame inductee singer/guitarist/songwriter/multi instrumentalist Jo’ Buddy presents Jo’ Buddy’s One Man Stomptet.
He’s celebrating 40-years on the road now and staying busy with his Stomptet which just released “Lockdown Session & Beyond Vol. 1” – its debut album.
He has a very individual & personal style. His laid back music spreads joy of life, being simultaneously raw, timeless, earthy & spiritual. His versatile live repertoire consists only of original songs from five decades. He is a true music lover, who simply lives from his music and admires the Good Times.
Over 4.500 shows in 16 countries and 14 albums so far as a frontman have honed his craft making his sound & approach instantly recognizable. His music has been described as “Rattle ‘N’ Roll Gumbo” an organic melting pot of: Ragtime, Boogie Woogie, Hot Jazz, Swing, New Orleans R&B, Down Home Blues, Gospel, Hillbilly, Zydeco, Rock & Roll, Doo-Wop, Soul, Heartfelt Ballads, West Indies/Caribbean vibes & grooves, even echoes of Flamenco,… tastes like nobody’s but Jo’ Buddy’s biznes.
He really gives it all away when he begins to do the things he does the best – sing and play – in his deep and heartfelt way!
