To mark their collaboration on the track ‘Freedom Is A Woman’ – released by Talking Elephant Records – living legend Julie Felix and London based, Irish born singer songwriter Linda Moylan present this special co-headlining evening.
Having met and bonded when they shared a festival bill Julie and Linda have recently recorded a new duet of Julie’s ‘Freedom Is A Woman’ – released to coincide with International Women’s Day – a version that somehow manages to combine both Julie’s Mexican heritage and Linda’s Irish roots.
Linda performed at Julie’s spectacular 80th birthday concert at the Charing Cross Theatre and at Julie’s recent run at the Holborn Pizza Express while Julie returned the favour by performing at the launch of Linda’s ‘London Irish’ EP. This concert sees them co-headlining to mark their first recorded collaboration.
