MARTIN CALLINGHAM is an alternative folk musician from Bristol, UK. He has been melting audiences into a puddle with his intimate delivery and beautifully crafted songs since 2016’s Tonight, We All Swim Free. The album found admirers worldwide and acclaim and airplay from the likes of Clash Magazine, Louder than War and BBC 6 Music.

Patterns is the long-awaited follow up, due for release on 19th April 2024.
“So much got in the way of getting Patterns out there. We finished mixing on the eve of the first Lockdown (which really didn’t help). Subsequent battles with getting the product and switching labels among other obstacles have brought about a much longer delay than we would have hoped. I’m now really looking forward to finally sharing this album!”
Martin has toured Europe and the UK with his understated yet exquisitely orchestrated chamber folk that owes as much to cinematic soundtracks as to songcraft. Intricately tessellated arrangements underpin Martin’s uniquely silky-smooth vocal on this beautiful new 10-track album  recorded in Bristol with Jim Barr (Portishead / Get the Blessing).
